Clarity Reiki for Adults
About
Clarity Reiki combines traditional Reiki therapy with other energy healing arts such as: visualization, meditation and body mapping to help facilitate healing and growth of your mind, body and spirit.
Each Clarity Reiki session starts with a short intention and mediation. By allowing time for grounding or centering, one can more fully connect to their body and higher self while receiving the healing energies of Reiki. Following each session, a consultation will be offered that will include insights into areas of needs and strengths.

Clarity Reiki for Children
About
Clarity Reiki benefits children of all ages, even infants. It combines Reiki with other powerful energy healing techniques that help facilitate healing and growth of a child’s mind, body and spirit.
A session includes a consultation with parents and the child can be included, as appropriate. During a session, children do not have to be resting with eyes closed, but can participate in a calm and quiet activity or be sleeping to get the benefits of Reiki.
Children with challenges, such as: anxiety, neurological impairments, special needs, sleep disorders, sensory integration disorder, physical ailments, digestive or skin disorders, ADHD, autism, poor self confidence, poor self regulation (anger/stress management), and those going through the transitions or grief can all benefit from Reiki.

Clarity Reiki Series
About
Similar to any medication, exercise routine, or other therapy, Reiki works best with completed in a series. Each session varies as we then are able to work in different/, deeper layers of healing needs. The timing between sessions, on average, is 3-4 weeks. However, this varies for everyone, we will discuss a plan for you.

I offer readings to bring you a sense of light-hearted peace that comes with blessed insight. To do this, I first connect with the Divine flow of Reiki energy. I use a variety of intuitive reading arts, including tarot cards and oracle decks with the intention to relay clear and helpful messages. Healing energy work is part of all my readings.

Meditations
About
Recorded meditations include teachings and practice of specific skills to increase peace, body awareness and ease of movement, clarity, self care, vitality, and energetic connection to higher self and Spirit. Reiki energy is sent to participants with each recording. Please set up a free intro consultation to discuss which offerings would be a good fit for your current needs. Group QnA and live group Reiki are part of our den’s meditation group studies. These can also be completed individually.
